Additional Terms & condition for Unlimited calling

Requirements:

1) Credit card for Monthly bill (visa, Mastercard, American Express)/Paypal account

2) Called party must manage their own Sun Cellular sim card. As Philcall.com offer service Via Sun Cellular signal therefore it is a must.

3) Recipient must have sufficient signals in order to have clear voice conversation.

I) Upon placing order with Philcall.com, company will arrange for 2 days trial period in order to check the status of the signal in called party’s area. Client must contact Philcall.com via email if he/she don’t want to pursue Philcall.com unlimited calling service after testing period otherwise it will be deemed as accepted by client and will be startup the subscription.

II) Philcall will offer Local access number to client’s area. Incase Local access number is not available exactly in the same city a temporary number will be issued until number available. Incase no local access number is not available Philcall.com will contact buyer.

III) Free Gift will be delivered only after final approval of service & payment is made.

IV) Subscriber will take full responsibility of the charges (if there is any) by telecom (your telephone service provider) to make calls to our Local Access Number.

V) All rates are in US dollars

VI) Customer service is online from 8:00am to 5:00pm Philippines time. Please email us if you encounter any issue with our service to info@Philcall.com

VII) In case of pre-termination Philcall will charge termination fee of 80 USD. Pre-termination request must be informed to Philcall.com atleast 1 week before end of month via email. Only buyer can request termination via email.
