How to make a Call?
For those Living in US:

1. Dial our Local Access Number or US Toll Free Number: +18772634781
2. Enter your Pin Code.
3. Dial your recipient’s number. (Do not use 011 country code).  For complete listing of country code click here.
4. You may now enjoy your call

For those Living in Outside US:

• Please Download PC2Phone Dialer. (at the upper-left side of this website)
• Install PC2Phone Dialer
• Run the program “SIPLink”.
• Enter Your Username and Password / Pin Code.
• Dial your recipients Number using your keyboard. (Make sure to use the country code of your recipient’s location. Do not use 011 country codes).  For complete listing of country code click here.
• You may now enjoy your call

How to check your account, Call Records, remaining Call or Recharge my Card?

1. Login to Phillcall.com at the upper-right side of this website.
2. Type in your Username and Password / Pin code. Click Login button
3. Once you are Login you may now see your previous call, call records etc.

How to recharge my card?
Option 1: When already Login.

1. Click the Recharge button at the left Side of the website.
2. You will see two options, disregard “PIN”.  Choose the domination from 10, 20 and 50 then click submit.
3. You will be redirected to PayPal System. You May Now Log-In Using your PayPal Account.

Option 2: Not Yet Login

1. Click the Recharge Account Button at the Home Page.
2. Choose Calling Card Button.
3. Choose charge your account button
4. Enter your Username.
5. Choose the amount from Silver (10usd), Gold (20usd), or Platinum (50usd) Plan.
6. You will be redirected to PayPal System. You May Now Log-In Using your PayPal Account.

How to Register / Purchase?

1. Click the Register Button.
2. Choose Calling Card Button.
3. Choose Create new  account button
4. Choose the amount from Silver (10usd), Gold (20usd), or Platinum (50usd) Plan.
5. You will be redirected to PayPal System. You May Now Log-In Using your PayPal Account.

No PayPal Account?
